HSP were commissioned by Johnsons Aggregates to consult on the expansion of a Large Waste Recycling unit in Ilkeston.

With a value of £10 million, HSP advices for the existing portal frame to be raised by 4 meters which would allow the plant and conveyors to accommodate the building and, in addition, it was advised for the external boundary to have a 5-metre retaining wall in order to support he waste material.
