5 storey student accommodation development adjacent to the University of Nottingham’s Jubilee Campus on behalf of the Cassidy Group.

The building is simple but elegant in design, constructed in a restrained palette of high quality, durable materials. The building will be steel frame construction on piled foundations.

The project has recently received planning permission and is currently being tendered by contractors with a provisional start on site date of late 2021.
