HSP Consulting’s Traffic Department were appointed by PMW Property Developments, in respect to the planning application for 10 industrial units (B1c B2 & B8 use) in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.
With a value of £2.5 million, HSP were appointed to prepare a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for the planning application. The Transport Assessment examined the accessibility, trip generation and traffic impact of the site on the local road network.
The workplace Travel Plan that accompanied the planning application outlined a series of objectives, targets and measures for the development to achieve, in order to maximise sustainable modes of travel amongst site users.
