HSP Consulting were the appointed engineers for this eight block, office build scheme located adjacent to an existing industrial facility and railway lines. A watercourse also bisects the site.

HSP were responsible for site investigation works, flood risk assessment and mitigation, transport studies. Due to the variation in terrain, the need to cross a watercourse and railway embankments, an in-depth feasibility design for both the civil and structural engineering works.

The site will be constructed in a number of phases, the first of which currently awaits planning consent.
