HSP Consulting were appointed by G F Tomlinson as the principal engineers for the construction of several industrial units situated in Leicester that are to be occupied by Leicester Bakery once completed. HSP provided engineering advice and input into the following:

•The design and details of the foundations and ground floor slabs together with recommendations on the wind loading for the three buildings.

•The design of lift pits and lift shafts and any isolated steels for wall supports or lift beams etc and all associated lintels on the scheme.

•The design and details of the storm and foul water drainage systems including any attenuation requirements. •The design for the structural steel frame and associated structural steelwork details.
