23 storey student accommodation development on behalf of Cassidy Group in the heart of Birmingham’s student area. The Architect’s are Maber and VITA are the end user.

The building has been designed by HSP as a concrete frame on piled foundations. The size of the columns have been minimised and designed as ‘blade’ columns to maximise the development area and number of student bedrooms.

The project has recently received planning permission and is currently being tendered by contractors with a provisional start on site date of late 2021.
