HSP Consulting Engineers Ltd Civil, Structural, Geo Environmental and Traffic and Transport Teams were appointed by Castlebridge Group to provide civil, structural and transportation design for the development of a five storey, steel framed hotel in Friargate, Coventry which is to include 100 bedrooms, a restaurant bar and mini gym.

The proposed hotel is to be situated adjacent to Coventry City Councils Headquarters in Friargate, and will form part of the wider Friargate business district masterplan which is funded by a joint venture between Coventry City Council and Friargate LLP.
