This 18 acre site is located to the rear of an industrial estate at Enterprise Park, Sherburn in Elmet.The project involved the design and construction of approximately 750,000ft2 of single storey distribution warehousing on a green field site.

The works incorporated a triple-span steel portal frame with composite roof and wall cladding. Internally, the warehouse is sub-divided with 4 hour fire rated partitions.

Externally, lorry access is provided on concrete paved areas together with parking facilities for 46 No. heavy goods vehicles. Featured landscape mounding is included to the site perimeters.
