Project overview
HSP Consulting Engineers Civil, Structural and Geo Environmental team were appointed by Kier Construction in respect to the development of a new Biomedical Centre for the University of Cambridge.
HSP’s Structures team worked on the foundations of the scheme in relation to a high water table and reduced the reinforced concrete raft foundation by 50% to provide significant value savings for the client.
